The new update is a nice present for N82 users by Nokia on holiday season which it took almost a year, but there is no visible changes on firmware v35.
The Nokia N82 has UDP (User Data Preservation), so you don't need to worry of losing any of your data after the firmware update. But I think it's better to backup all your data before the firmware update.
I've upgraded my N82 firmware. There is no visible changes. I guess they're just a bunch of Bug Fixes under the hood and speed improvements. Here's what improvements I found...
Speed Improvement - It seems like Nokia Search is slightly responsive or faster than before. But I can't find this improvement on all basic operations, including boot-up time.
Slightly Increased Battery Life - Is it just me or the N82 battery life gets better with the latest firmware? I think my N82 has longer standby time.
That's what I've noticed and experienced. I really can't tell what else has been added/fixed as there is no official changelog available.
