Deportivo's Felipe Luis breaks ankle scoring painful goal (video)

Deportivo la Coruna's Brazilian international defender Filipe broke his right ankle scoring a goal in their La Liga match at home to Athletic Bilbao.

Felipe collided with Athletic Club's 24-year-old keeper Gorka Iraizoz as he scored the first goal of the game after 49 minutes, his leg was caught under Iraizoz as they fell to the ground, fractures his right ankle.

The Brazilian was carried from the pitch and taken to hospital. He will almost certainly miss this summer's World Cup finals after the horror injury in Saturday's night's 3-1 win against Athletic Club Bilbao.

There was a lot of rumors about Real Madrid interested Felipe Luis, who will out of action for about six months.
